May 2020

    • Teams – Added new functionality to support multi-team offices and brokerages within a single CommissionTrac account.
    • Invoice Grid – Added Payment, Billing, and QuickBooks integration statuses directly to the invoice grid for added clarity at a quick glance

  • IMPROVEMENTS:
    • Vouchers – Added a character limit notification to the comment section of a voucher to notify users when the limit is reached

April 2020

  • NEW FEATURES:
    • Invoice Commission Report – Added a new report to see all invoices and related deposit info for a selected time range
  • IMPROVEMENTS:
    • Invoice Grid – Added Full Name search functionality for the Bill-To Affiliate
    • QuickBooks Integration – Added New Configure Button for added ease of tweaking integration settings
    • Agent Bonuses – Agents that are not listed on any voucher are eligible for Bonuses now
    • Payables – Improved Payables Ledger load times
    • Reports – Updated the “Agent Gross YTD” report, changed title to the “Agent Performance Report”, and added more information

    • Fixed a UI bug when loading certain grids
    • Fixed a bug when generating a statement before the associated deposit date
    • Fixed an issue when downloading multiple attachments with the same file name
    • Fixed a bug when downloading specific reports to an excel spreadsheet
    • Fixed an issue where an affiliates name could be cut off in the PDF download of an invoice

March 2020

  • NEW FEATURES:
    • Voucher Summary Report – Displays all activities related to a Voucher. This includes Receivables, Invoices, Deposit History, and Agent Distributions.
  • IMPROVEMENTS:
    • Voucher Approval Agent Email – The Split Plan Name has been removed from the Voucher Approval email that is sent to Agents for approval
    • Agent Portal – Revenue Per Month – The graph has been updated to better represent the distribution to the house and agent.
    • Deposits – Removed the column for transaction type (they were always charges) to clean up the view while inputting deposits
  • BUG FIXES:
    • Receivables Ledger Adjustments are now applied to the correct transaction type
    • Fixed an issue while using Google Address Search in the Voucher. In certain cases, users were unable to submit the draft voucher with this function enabled.
    • Updated the Voucher Download to Excel to support the PM field within a Voucher.
    • Corrected an issue when users logged in via bookmarks that bypassed the login screen causing an error.

February 2020

  • IMPROVEMENTS:
    • Current & Aged Receivables Report – Added Agent Names to the Report Header
    • Receivables Ledger Reports – Removed the word “LEASE” before every Voucher
    • Opportunity Report – Added a new End Date filter for Estimated Close Date
    • Deposit Recap PDF – Show Outside Agent Address on the Deposit PDF
    • Charge Category – All Accounts and Departments are now required fields
  • BUG FIXES:
    • Top Current & Aged Receivables Report – Fixed an issue with new charges not displaying on the Report
    • Current & Aged Receivables Report – Fixed a logic issue when selecting All Vouchers vs a Single Voucher
    • Cash Receipt Report – Fixed logic to account for Deposit Reversals outside of the Date Range
    • Voucher Approval –  We no longer send approval emails to Inactive/Unverified Users
    • Voucher – Fixed an issue where Tenant Improvements Gross Field was not saving as expected

    • Agent Expenses – Fixed an issue when deleting agent expenses with a $0 balance
    • Voucher– Fixed an issue in vouchers causing outside agents commission share percentages not to update automatically when adding commission amounts
    • Deposits – Fixed a bug when deleting a check in-use while posting a deposit and then re-entering the same check number
    • Deposits – Fixed a bug causing certain deposits to not pre-fill the “Transaction Amount” field when reversing a deposit
    • Voucher Approval – Fixed an issue when a user tries sending a draft voucher for approval that they did not create
    • Voucher – Fixed an issue when the commission share % for inside agents would not equal 100% of the total commission
    • Application – Fixed a bug when refreshing pages that caused the user to be logged out
    • Cash Receipt Report – Fixed an issue when switching between different bank accounts while running the Cash Receipt Report

    • Building Address Search – Fixed an issue where users could see multiple of the same building address while searching for an address within a voucher
    • Agent Email Send to Bookkeeper – Fixed a bug where agents would still receive voucher approval emails when the Agent Email Send to Bookkeeper toggle was on
